At Optimosoft, we aim to provide the best photography services and ensure client satisfaction. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or rescheduling may be granted. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms.


1. Service Deposits

  • A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your photography session.

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable unless the cancellation is made by Optimosoft or in special circumstances agreed upon in writing.


2. Cancellations by Clients

  • Clients must notify us in writing if they wish to cancel or reschedule a booking.

  • Cancellations made at least [X days] before the scheduled service may qualify for a partial refund or rescheduling.

3. Cancellations by Optimosoft

4. Digital Products and Deliverables

  • Due to the nature of digital photography, once final edited images, videos, or other digital deliverables have been sent to the client, they cannot be returned or refunded.

  • If there is an issue with the quality of deliverables, clients must contact us within [X days] of delivery, and we will work to resolve the matter.


5. Event Photography

  • For event photography bookings, cancellations made close to the event date may not be refundable, as time and resources will have been allocated.
